Leading a Business is More Than Just Being in Charge. Learn to Think Like an Entrepreneur at NU.

Managers direct projects and processes, lead teams and adapt to changing conditions when necessary. They understand people and keep an eye on the competition — all at the same time. We can help you develop that.

Engage in real-world case studies and business simulations, as well as immersion experiences in the field. We help you get a better look at what lies ahead after graduation.

When you enroll in our Management degree program, you learn what it takes to be an effective, well-rounded manager. You’ll study four main areas: strategy (planning and implementation), behavior (motivation, leadership, power, and politics), organizational structure, and human resource management.

Get certified before graduation: complete your management major in 4 years with an accelerated BBA/MBA track. Earn the amount of credits necessary to obtain a master’s degree before you leave NU.
